XL-AVL Automatic Vehicle Location
The XL Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) was developed by Excel Technology Group Pty Ltd as an integrated vehicle location and on-board vehicle data processing system utilising GPS / NEXTG communication and/or RFID based positional transponder communication mediums. The combination of preset vehicle identification and variable journey / trip data generated on the vehicle enables real time dynamic allocation of priority on the public road network.
